Three stamps. Not one landlord.
The deed name, the House disclosure, and the company name are different pieces of paper. Do not smash them into one person collecting rent at apartment #2.
Who owns the lot
Other public record From May 2021 the assessor’s owner of record is Conan Harris, an individual. Ayanna Pressley and Conan Harris do not live there. The tax bill is mailed to Hyde Park.
Aggregator JLH LLC shows up on aggregator cards the same month as the $340,000 deed. Treat that as a same-week hop until the deed PDF names the grantor. Do not attach other “JLH” companies. JLH Capital on Columbus Avenue, Florida contractors, and anything in the country of Malta are other people.
Listing Thumbprint Realty and Chantae Turner list the house and talk about it. They are the broker. They are not on the deed. The chain is in deeds.

The Mattapan rent band is $50,001–$100,000 for that filing year. That is $4,167–$8,333 a month. Turner’s June 2026 Reel said $6,100 in place. Those two numbers can both be true. They are not the same document.
Unverified The 2025 calendar-year disclosure, filed in 2026, was not pulled. Mass Daily News wrote that Malta brought “as much as $100,000 in 2025.” That is secondary reporting on a later form. Get the PDF.

Aggregator Drawer 2’s aggregator stack on 25 Malta: May 2021 $400,000, November 2021 $515,000, April 2022 $547,700, July 2023 $679,700, January 2026 $100,000. Bluestone in December 2022 and Crowd Lending in July 2023 sit on the same calendar as that climb. Do not write “Bluestone is the Malta lender” until a mortgage PDF says so.

Other public record CoJo Partners / CoJo Real Estate. Harris and John Barros. Part of Liberty Junction, provisionally picked July 2, 2026, for the Springfield courthouse lease. The Hampden suit was filed July 9. Barros later said he would divest. Harris stayed on the team in contemporaneous coverage. That fight is owner-adjacent news from the same two weeks. It is not a Malta Street entity. 25 Malta is not a CoJo asset on any paper pulled here. The case is in courts.
Who collects the $6,100
- On paper, rent is due to the owner of record, Conan Harris.
- The 2024 House form reports a Mattapan rental, marked spouse property, at $50,001–$100,000. It does not name the street.
- Turner is the listing agent who advertised $6,100 in June 2026.
- No property-management company appeared on the MLS cards in this pass.
- There is no public lease that names the payor.
This drawer will not treat CoJo as the landlord of apartment #2. It will not treat a disclosure band as a bank statement. It will not print someone else’s JLH company as the 2021 grantor.
