Scene rumor Mass Daily News the same day carried the $340,000 purchase, the $1.15 million listing, and a neighbor’s raid claim. The raid still has no incident number.

Family, on record July 19–21. Other public record July 22. Ayanna Pressley’s statement names Yoseliani Marte and “domestic violence.” “Devastated… parent of a teenager.”

Where the clocks meet

The house was an active $1.15 million listing at the hour of the walk-in. The listing was pulled the same day. That is a market fact and a crime-scene fact. It is not a motive.

The rent roll the listing claimed that week: $6,100 a month, two units leased, the accessory unit empty.

Next drawer: owner entities. Who is on paper for the $6,100. Not who lived in apartment #2.
