Yoseliani Ann Marte Ocasio, 18, was found shot in a rear bedroom of a rental house that was listed for $1.15 million. The deed is in the name of Conan Harris, husband of U.S. Rep. Ayanna Pressley. They do not live there. Police say the owners are not connected to the killing. Her family says she was visiting a boyfriend. No one has been charged.

Unverified ALT1796948, a long-form alteration, completed April 27, 2026. A Redfin crumb lists a plumbing final on August 17 and an electrical final on September 9. Those are dates, not a theory, and they are not the permit PDF. Zero 311 tickets at number 25 in the pages pulled. No Housing Court eviction turned up. That is not a certified “no cases.”
